How can I contact Uniqke?

What types of payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

Is online the only place I can shop?

Yes, we are an online based store, so therefore all orders must be made online. Which gives you the flexibility to shop 24/7 all over the world. 

Why has my order been cancelled?

  1. We were unable to verify your billing information provided.
  2. The item suddenly became out of stock. 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders take 2-5 business days to process, (note business days are MON-FRI). Once processing is complete standard shipping takes 3-5 days and you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery Policy for more. 

How do I change order or cancel my order?

An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, as long as it has not been shipped. Also feel free to contact info@uniqke.com to make adjustments to your order.

What if my package comes damaged?

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is handled with care, and they are all inspected before shipping. We strive for excellence, however in the event that there is such an error, please contact us immediately, preferably as soon as you receive your order, for us to properly find a solution.

How do I care for my swimsuit?

Hand washing your velvet swimsuit is the best! However our swimsuits are machine washable, we highly recommend washing it with like colors and in cold water. You can choose to lay flat to dry, or you can tumble dry on very low heat, that way it gets your swimsuit to last longer, looking fresh and new.
